What is wrong with my iphone?

It won't shuffle! It's played this three times in a row:(

    It's because the repeat button is on "repeat one". do you see the highlighted blue arrow loop icon underneath the left-hand time? Press that twice until it is highlighted blue but with no tiny number 1. Hope that helps!
